The Covid-19 pandemic brought the Philippine education system and the students to struggle to adapt the sudden and major shift to online classes.  The provincial government of Ilocos Norte expressed its efforts through Covid - 19 Learning Continuity Assistance program for students since their academic development is hard hit by the pandemic.

The Office of the Governor wrote a letter to our President/CEO of Venvi Group of Companies Atty. Hilario P. Valdez for the assistance by either donating electronic devices like tablets and smartphones to students or adopting a class and/ or program for the benefit of the learners. Fortunately, this is also made possible by the company’s CSR-program – Gear for Grades which is intended to assist the sections of education for common good. Hence, Venvi bought Tablets for the students to gain access to online classes.

On March 9, 2021 Engr. Jeremiah V. Ancheta, the COO of the Venvi Agro – Industrial Ventures, Corp. personally handed over the tablets to the Provincial Education Office headed by the Consultant for Education Dr. Dany Daquiaog.

On March 18, 2020 Venvi was then again invited to participate in the donation drive held at the Ilocos Norte National Highschool to personally turn over the tablets to the students and parents.

Through consistent and sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility Programs, the company aims to take a significant turn and adapt to the challenges of the New Normal.
