COVID-19 Protocol through 7S
As the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) continue to spread throughout the country and across the globe, the Quality Assurance Center in coordination with different Venvi companies is conducting a 7S audit in compliance to COVID – 19 protocol to respond to this public health emergency.
Primarily, the priority of the company is the safety and well – being of employees, clients, families and the community in which we live and work, thus, the QAC team are assessing the situation following the COVID – 19 protocol recommended by IATF-EID (Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management Of Emerging Infectious Diseases) and Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Manotoc.
The main purpose of this activity is to help keep the safety of employees and customers. The different companies and departments have been very responsive to this program.
Here are few of the things that are being done during the audit are:
- Remind employees about the importance of maintaining personal hygiene and thoroughly washing hands, and using of hand sanitizers/alcohol.
- Ensure proper cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched objects and surfaces
- Disseminate information on precautions to help stop the spread of the virus.
- Remind every employee to religiously practice social distancing
While every company /office are focused on health and safety of everyone and those around us, all are also focused on continued service to our clients. We have taken steps to make sure that Venvi will continue to deliver the level of quality, excellence and timeliness we are accustomed to from us during these unique circumstances.
